Most clients don’t want to spend tens of thousands of rands on a website.
In fact, we tell most of our clients to spend less on their website, so that they have more marketing budget available.
But we also believe in building a website right. From the start. No half-measures. Which means you get a quality website (we write the content, we do the design, and we source the images), and you pay the fee over 24 months instead of a large upfront sum (like most web design companies charge).
You can choose to settle the full amount of the website project, and will receive a 15% discount on the outstanding term of your website project.
Please note, to start your project requires the once-off payment and the first month’s payment.
If you have already registered, you can just change your DNS settings to point your domain name to your StorySite.
If you do not have a domain name yet, we can assist with registration.
If you have hosting already, you can just change two basic DNS records to point your domain to your new Story Site (your hosting company will know exactly what to do, you can just forward instructions to them).
No need to transfer domains, or migrate anything.
If you do not have hosting already, we can include it.
PLEASE NOTE: email hosting is not included.
Your website build project will rely on you for two things:

- feedback
If you are very busy, and take a bit more time to provide us with the above, it will have an impact on the timeline.
Our goal is always to complete the Basic StorySite in a 3-6 week time frame.
The Pro StorySites can take 4-10 weeks.
This package does not include emails. You will need to setup email hosting with a provider (we can make a recommendation), or you can use Google Suite (we highly recommend it!), or Office 365.

Yes, you can.
Each additional page will be R750 that is added to your once-off fee.
Yes, we recommend WordPress for 95% of businesses out there.
Why?
Because WordPress is a great foundation for a website that will grow as your business grows.
With WordPress, you can add a Learning Management System (LMS), online bookings, eCommerce, payment gateways, blogs, video portals, etc.
You will have access to your website, to make updates.
Depending on how comfortable you are with technology, we have an option for you.
For tech-savvy clients, you can get access to the WordPress backend (meaning you have access to more settings, with a little more potential for causing havoc).
For clients that like to be more careful, you will have access to the front end (meaning you can’t really break anything).
If you need additional pages, or functionality (like online bookings, eCommerce/online shops, advanced quote calculators, third party integrations, etc), you will receive a 20% discount on our current hourly rate. You tell us what you need, we quote you and we build the website.
No, your monthly fee covers the website build and maintenance costs.
There is not marketing activities included in your monthly fee.
After your website launch, you can schedule a Growth Mapping session where we can give you advice on how to plan your online marketing so that you get more visitors to your website, and so that you get more phone calls and enquiries.
- Email hosting & support is not included.
